Be the change – this involves YOU changing for the better.
Bring the good – YOU can bring the love to every situation if you so CHOOSE.
Right now love is needed. In all situations, love is always needed.
You can be the one suffering because you crave love in a situation, or you can work to “solve the problem.” You can solve the problem by being the one who is BRINGING love into, or fostering love, in any situation. You can be the one who BRINGS IT.
Hate breeds hate. Love breeds love. Ask yourself, what kind of world do I want to live in? Choose love.
We may not be able to eradicate all hate from the world, but we can start by being kind to everyone we see and encounter. Our kindness will then ripple out into the world. Our small acts can make a difference for big problems. ▣
Bringing the good involves you thinking and acting in kind and loving ways. We may not be able to stop all the extreme hate… but we have the potential to stop one person’s hate/sadness/anger one person at a time.
Eradicating hate starts with us bringing, being, acting, and choosing loving thoughts and actions. That may involve each of us changing a bit. Each of us desiring a life that is different and working towards it.
If you want change in the world – bring it! If you want good in the world – be the one bringing it! If you want love in the world – bring it!
Change starts from within.

It is time to bring it
Learning about loving acts and about your connection to ∞ and everything and everyone around you, can help you make sense of the world, but it does not compare to actually experiencing love and our connection with All. It is like trying to tell someone what a strawberry tastes like—they will never really understand what it tastes like until they take a bite.
So, “take a bite”—think in loving ways, act in loving ways —and love will become more of who you are.
Go out into the world, bringing to it the peace and love you want for the world. As you bring that love, you can help transform the world and the world can become more loving because of it.
Whatever you want to see more of in the world, the fastest way to get it is to BRING IT—choose to bring love.

Think peaceful thoughts and be peaceful.
• Do you want someone to forgive you?
Forgive yourself and others.
• Do you want others to be generous?
Be generous in whatever ways your particular gifts allow.

Focusing on and bring the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors you want to experience at all times allows them to go out and affect the world around you. You create the change you want to see in the world by making a shift in what you are thinking or doing.

There has been, yet another, mass shooting. My friend asked, “That is horrible, but I can see why that area doesn’t want people of that religion there. Have you seen what that religion promotes? There are lists of terrorist acts done in the name of this religion. I can see why those men don’t want those people around them.”
Trying not to get overly triggered… (and not doing a successful job)…. I don’t actually believe this, but I said, “have you looked at all the mass shootings in America? Who has done the majority of those? WHITE men. So maybe we should get rid of all the white men. Actually, look at all the hate crimes… it is all MEN. We should really lock up all men. Especially between the ages of 18-24… they can’t seem to control themselves at all. I mean scientifically look at it – they have light levels of testosterone and a frontal cortex that is not yet developed. Men between the ages of… well really 16 through maybe 35 are dangerous. We should lock them all up. Men are the problem.” I think he saw how ridiculous it is to group all members of one group with the actions of a few. It is VERY easy to start to stereotype and hate. But demonizing any group helps no one. And we can be better than that.
Instead, what would happen if – when that new person comes to town – instead of making them feel excluded, instead of looking at them like they are different or wrong because they dress or pray differently than us, instead… what if we welcomed them? What if we tried to learn from each other? What if we smiled at one another and found our commonality? What if we embraced our differences, knowing that our differences make the collective whole that much better? What if we work to “come together” vs isolating one from another? What if we were just kind to them?
Do you think they would be inclined to be kind back? Or, hate us? Hate breeds hate. Love breeds love.
